Toiyabe Indian Health Clinic

The new design-build Toiyabe Indian Health Clinic is currently under construction. The 52,500-square-foot health clinic is a full-service OSHPD 3 medical clinic including primary care, dental health, behavioral health, eye care, pharmacy, laboratory and administration space.

This single-story medical office building and single story medical administration building are connected by a fully-glazed, enclosed walkway that also serves as the main entry into the clinic. Site improvements include an 80,000-square-foot parking lot, loading area, site walks, and landscaping.

This project is a fast-track design-build located in a remote area of California. Flint has overcome low subcontractor interest due to the location and, because of our strong partnerships on past projects, was able to staff the project with quality subcontractors, as well as finding a number of qualified local subs through our prequalification process.
