The Vigneron Napa Valley | Napa, CA
This project consists of 40,800-square-feet of new construction and 55,000-square feet of modernization. It includes a 54-room, three-story addition of a free-standing building; the renovation of the existing hotel’s public areas, and the addition of 4,045 square feet to a ballroom at the north end. Other changes to the original building will include a redesigned lobby, removal of the interior atrium roof, and replacing the pool and landscaping within the interior courtyard.
The addition features an L-shaped design that places the upper two floors – clad in dark-colored cement fiber panels – overhanging a ground floor with a porcelain-tile and cement finish. The short leg of the building, facing the current hotel, would feature dark-colored metal paneling and contain a large covered terrace to host weddings and other group events, as well as a three-story glass-front lobby with extensive night lighting.
