Summit at Douglas Ridge Office Building | Roseville, CA
This project was a Class A, three-story, structural steel frame office building with exterior cladding comprised predominantly of aluminum composite metal panels, decorative natural stone and aluminum storefront.
The building consisted of French limestone and Chinese slate stone veneer assemblies, cold-formed metal framing, metal fabrications, piped and tube railings, ornamental handrails and railings.
The project included architectural cherry wood veneer, built-up roofing system: four ply asphalt membrane system, and hydraulic elevators.
