Solano County Mental Health Diversion and Adult Board & Care Facilities | Fairfield, CA

The Solano County Mental Health Diversion project consisted of three buildings approximately 12,600 square feet. One single story Administration building of approximately 5,500 square feet which includes the administrative staff offices, commercial kitchen, dining room, multipurpose room, private and group therapy rooms, pharmacy, and a lounge with a lobby. Two single story residential buildings approximately 3,600 square feet each. Both buildings includes eight bedrooms with their own individual bathrooms. One housing building will be used for permanent residents and the other will be used for temporary purposes. The three buildings are on a 40,500 square foot lot that includes an basketball court, outdoor seating, ADA parking, bioretention pond, and a trash enclosure. All three buildings were constructed on concrete slabs using a pre-fabricated method of steel trusses, steel columns, and metal stud walls which were all assembled off-site to expedite construction. The buildings were finished with a single ply roofing system, a plaster finish with integral colors, aluminum windows, and hollow metal doors. The interior has an level 4 finish painted multiple colors, carpet tile and LVT flooring, tile in the bathrooms, and an epoxy flooring in the kitchen.
