Santa Rosa Elementary School TK Classroom Buildings | Santa Rosa, CA

FLINT was the design-builder of six new transitional kindergarten (TK) classrooms at Santa Rosa French-American Charter School, formerly Santa Rosa Middle School. FLINT A&E was the architect on the project and provided full design-build services including site planning, design services, accessibility upgrades, and the construction of modular classrooms utilizing the Hummingbird “Zinnia” pre-check model.

The project features two modular buildings, each housing three 1,400-square-foot TK classrooms. Additional site improvements included dedicated TK play areas, a separate play area for grades 1–6, and new parking and landscaped spaces. To support optimal building placement, FLINT conducted a comprehensive site investigation to document existing utilities, ensuring efficient integration of the new facilities at the rear of the campus.
