San Joaquin Delta College Student Services Gateway Building  |  Stockton, CA

New construction of a two-story administrative and office building. The Student Services Gateway Building is home to campus departments such as: admissions and records, financial aid, counseling, disability support programs and services, and the student assessment center.

The building’s unique architectural S-shape design included an outdoor area with a second story terrace, which maximized the available exterior space and added a visually appealing addition to the existing landscape. Structural steel frame and concrete on metal deck structure, with stucco and metal panel exterior, featuring aluminum-louvered windows.
