San Joaquin Delta College Student Services Gateway Building  |  Stockton, CA

The project included new construction of a two-story administrative and office building. The Student Services Gateway Building is home to campus departments such as admissions and records, financial aid, counseling, disability support programs and services, and the student assessment center.

The building’s unique S-shaped architectural design incorporates an outdoor area with a second-story terrace, maximizing available exterior space while adding a visually appealing element to the existing landscape. The structure features a structural steel frame with concrete on metal decking, and a stucco and metal panel exterior with aluminum-louvered windows.
