This new two-story facility was a phased project that included demolition of existing 8,200-square-foot housing unit; remodel of existing 8,066-square-foot remaining court and probation office building; slab-on-grade concrete masonry unit walls and steel frame roofing assemblies; two floor elevators, fire sprinkler system, mechanical and plumbing systems, electrical and security systems, detention grade doors, windows and hardware; 1.5 acres sitework with below-grade utilities and storm drains, sewer lines, relocating existing emergency power generator and enclosure.
