UC Davis Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Sciences  |  Davis, CA

This exciting project included new construction for three buildings that house classrooms, laboratories, faculty offices, meeting rooms, conference space, and a state-of-the-art sensory facility with kitchen laboratories and individual sensory testing stations for teaching and research. The 3,500-square-foot sensory theater features multimedia capabilities and accommodates 5,070 attendees. In this theatre, faculty offers students more courses in food/beverage sensory science than any other university in the world.
