Mill Valley Middle School Modernization | Mill Valley, CA

Located in Mill Valley, California, the Mill Valley Middle School campus modernization program begins with the construction of a new 29-building interim housing campus adjacent to the existing school campus. The interim facilities will allow the school to maintain continuous operations while enabling the phased modernization of the existing campus.

The broader modernization effort will revitalize the campus through comprehensive upgrades currently being defined. Planned improvements include installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) systems; replacement of building envelope components to enhance performance and durability; installation of new elevators; and interior renovations and refresh of up to 120,000 square feet of existing buildings. The program also includes the potential addition of a new ground-up arts building to further expand educational and creative programming opportunities for students.
