Folsom Hills Elementary School Modernization | Folsom, CA

The Folsom Hills Elementary School Modernization project included 6 acres of site development on an existing elementary school site, which included demolition and relocation of existing portable classroom buildings and addition of 12,000 square feet of new relocatable classrooms. Site upgrades included new flatwork, site utilities, pad preparation, new irrigation, landscaping, playground equipment, and fencing. The campus modernization also included a 1,500 square-foot, single story addition to the administration building that will add offices, a conference room, and break room; and a 25,000 square-foot modernization to multipurpose and classroom buildings, that included new interior finishes, flooring, and a full restroom remodel.
