This 45,000-square-foot steel structure at FedEx’s Sacramento Package Distribution Center included a 1,500-square-foot masonry line haul dispatch building with metal deck roof and metal stud walls, two pier dock expansions totaling 688 square feet, a 3,600-square-foot masonry wash building, miscellaneous tenant improvement work on the existing building, and an on-site fire water systems upgrade, and all associated site work/utilities.
