ELK GROVE HIGH SCHOOL MODERNIZATION | ELK GROVE, CA

The Elk Grove High School Modernization began with a comprehensive, site-wide infrastructure upgrade, replacing aging utilities to support the long-term growth of the campus and prepare for future facilities. The project then delivered a 5,700 SF Culinary Arts Building featuring a demonstration lab and specialized culinary and baking classrooms. Next, a 50,000 SF academic building was constructed, providing 30 new classrooms designed for flexible, modern learning. The transformation continued with a 55,000 SF Administration and Classroom Building, along with a new parking lot, a central quad, and extensive exterior improvements that created a more cohesive and welcoming campus. This phase also introduced a much-anticipated 4,000 SF athletics facility, replacing an outdated portable building that no longer met the needs of the school’s expanding athletics program. The final phase delivered a 5,700 SF Agriculture CTE Building, giving students enhanced opportunities for hands-on agricultural and technical education. Collectively, these phased improvements have reshaped Elk Grove High School into a modern, student-centered campus equipped for academic, athletic, and career-focused success.
