EARL LEGETTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL | FAIR OAKS, CA

The project consists of construction of a new pre-manufactured TK/Kindergarten three-classroom wing totaling approximately 8,000 SF, an 8,400 SF play structure, an outdoor learning area, and a new 8,000 SF multipurpose building. In addition, the project includes modernization of existing classrooms, the existing multipurpose building, and administrative and support spaces to reconfigure select programs. The scope also includes underground utility upgrades to support the growing campus, new fencing, and site and building accessibility improvements as required by the Division of the State Architect (DSA).
