This library modernization required the removal of all of the interior demising walls and finishes, and all the materials complete on the interior of the building including abatement.

The entire roofing system was removed and replaced with a new single-ply roofing system and a composition shingle roofing system. The new finishes included all new plaster exterior finishes with new elastomeric paint; all new exterior and interior windows and curtain wall systems; new concrete entrance stairs, ramps, and walks; new metal roofing and metal wall panels; two new elevator systems; all new interior finishes of carpet, ceramic tile, suspended ceilings, glass hand rails, glass folding partitions, and painted walls and soffits.
