The project is comprised of 51,909 square feet, which consists of 20-bed housing units (120 beds) including six ADA accessible cells. One of the housing units was designated and constructed to serve as a high-security area. Each housing unit includes a day room, shower facilities, classroom, storage are, adjacent enclosed recreation area, and all other necessary support space. The facility contains a full-service industrial kitchen, medical unit, laundry room, visitation area, gym, and staff support space. There is a one-acre, fenced, outdoor grass recreation area with a basketball court, garden, koi pond and a Boys & Girls Club.
