Birney Elementary School Interim Housing & WSM | San Diego, CA

Phase 1 of the Birney Elementary School Interim Housing Project includes the installation of interim housing and a restroom module, connection to site utilities, relocation of the fire alarm and bell system, relocation of staff and equipment, and removal of the interim facilities when they are no longer needed.

Phase 2 (WSM) includes the construction of a new staff and visitor parking lot with a shade/rain structure, demolition of the existing administration building, and construction of a new administration building. FLINT will then install four new kindergarten classrooms, restrooms, and a playground.
