DIANE BRYANT STEM INNOVATION CENTER | SACRAMENTO, CA

This project involved construction of a new Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) building at American River College. The scope included abatement and demolition of an approximately 32,000-square-foot Liberal Arts Wing dating back to the 1960s. The new three-story, 57,096-square-foot building houses Business and Computer Science, Mathematics, Astronomy, Physics, and Engineering programs and includes laboratories, general classrooms, computer rooms, faculty offices, engineering classrooms, and shop spaces.

Site improvements included a new STEM courtyard, a walkway connecting the lower and upper campus, and an engineering yard. Infrastructure improvements included installation of new campus hydroponics, gas lines, water lines, and electrical systems.
