DIANE BRYANT STEM INNOVATION CENTER | SACRAMENTO, CA
This is a new Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) building at American River College. The project included abatement and demolition of an approximately 32,000 square-foot Liberal Arts Wing dating back to the 1960s. The new three-story, 57,096 square-foot building to house Business & Computer Science, Mathematics, Astronomy, Physics, and Engineering and contain laboratories, general classrooms, computer rooms, faculty offices, and engineering classrooms and shop. Site improvements included a new STEM courtyard, a walkway connecting lower and upper campus, and an engineering yard. Infrastructure improvements included installation of new campus hydroponics, gas line, waterline, and electrical.
