A third-generation builder from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Robin "FLINT" Ballenger is the namesake of FLINT. Robin reviews project photo reports each week, from every FLINT project, to stay informed of our progress and to monitor whether we are maintaining highest standards of quality and service. She answers phone calls at any hour of the day or night concerning FLINT business or any other matter that requires her sage advice. At one time, she thought she might retire from construction all-together until she realized that her work family in California still needed her.
